Hello!
I love browsing this forum, there is so much useful information here! I am hoping I can get some advice as my partner is not so good with colours.
We are freshening up our home with a change of flow colour. I've chosen Dulux Grand Piano quarter strength and have just finished the first room, it looks great so far
This room is a huge lounge / family room and receives a lot of natural light. There is a large wall with an arch separating the room from the kitchen / dining and as its so large I was wanting to do a feature wall to break up the white a bit.
I don't think anything too dark would suit our style. Our furniture is chocolate / natural colours.
The look in this picture of Dulux Coconut Husk is exactly what I am after: http://www.inspirationspaint.com.au/ins ... m-cinnamon
but I am concerned it will actually be too dark IRL. Does anyone have any experience with this colour or any other suggestions.
Oh, the Grand Piano qtr looks to have a pinkish tinge in our house - probably due to the flooring with is a red-brown colour.
Thanks in advance for any help!
