Its such a neutral colour, everything will go with it. So we've finally decided to go with 'New Pale Cream' For the Doors + architraves + skirting we have decided to go with Wattyl ‘Chalkdust’. This is the same color as pic below, but the wall colors in the pic is 'chalk beige'. Would the chalkdust look good with pale cream walls ? For the doors, architraves & skirting we had upgraded to the "Wattyl Chalkdust" color from the standard ""Wattyl First Snow". Upgrade was around $1000. But Chaldust doesn't seem to the purest white color that most of the display centers use. We are getting the kitchen overhead cabinets as polar white & want something similar for the doors etc. Moreover I think Wattyl Chalkdust" and ""Wattyl First Snow" are similar colors. Do u guys think it's worth an upgrade from First Snow and if so, then what color should we go for ? Re: Interior colors - suggestions please 27Feb 14, 2011 8:25 pm We've used Wattyl Stalactite for our trims which is a real white white if you know what I mean. Pics on my thread below. Re: Interior colors - suggestions please 28Feb 15, 2011 9:28 am catjim We've used Wattyl Stalactite for our trims which is a real white white if you know what I mean. That looks like the kinda white I'm looking for. If you look in the picture I posted above, the white of the doors is different to the white of the ceiling which is not the case with your pics. I'm leaning more towards Wattyl Classic White (Code: E1w), but can't seem to find any photos of it. Would that be a better white than Stalactite (Code: E5w) ? 2 10953 I am looking for someone who might have tackled a similar issue as me.
