Help with exterior color choices

Hi this is my first post, my husband and I are building the Porter Davis Paddington 23 with the coolum facade with the whole front rendered, Any advice on colors would be appreciated,

I want it to be classy with a resort type of feel. It's so hard to decide which colors.

Ok aussiebell….from you I need know….have you chosen windows colours & roofing?

Or any colours at all with any of the selections???

No we haven't chosen anything yet. not bricks or anything, so I've got a blank canvas.

I can only help you with your colours and matching the right selections colour wise.

I’m afraid you are going to have to do the ground work for your roofing and bricks!!!
Once you have chosen those…..I can choose all the other colour sections for you.

Sorry……but I don’t have access to those products available for the roof tiles and bricks.

Now…chop, chop…..out to pick your roofing and bricks, and in less than a week you will have all your colours selected!!! :wink:

Hi we are building in a new estate in Clyde, Cascades on Clyde, in between berwick and Cranbourne. Building won't start till July next year.How are you liking your house, any advice in dealing with Porter Davis?

Hi their im going for the same facde but did you pay extra for the render or its came with it. My Admin said that i have to pay seperatelyfor the render even its shows in the PD coolum facade picture.
