Please let me know if you know a place in Melbourne where I could buy this lamp for CHEAPER. Thanks Re: Floor Lamp 2Jan 04, 2011 10:07 am I love this lamp too! Will be watching this post for replies as I'd be interested to know too. Re: Floor Lamp 3Jan 04, 2011 4:28 pm Hi, I'm not sure that its actually cheaper than the lamp at Freedom, however here is a lamp that looks similar. http://www.touchinteriors.com/shopping/ ... ct_id=5767 Not sure about the store however, haven't bought anything from them but they have some beautiful furniture. Try eBay - save your search data, and you'll get an email notification whenever there's a new listing that's a match for your search. You might get lucky if you're prepared to wait. Other than that, you can stalk the display home furniture disposal places - not sure where you live, but Suite Deals is one in Melbourne. There's another, can't think of the name. Anything good tend to go very quickly though, so you have to be there a lot, or be very, very lucky. Love that Dare Gallery lamp, Stormy. Re: Floor Lamp 7Jan 05, 2011 9:44 am I'm sure you can pick up a shade much cheaper - check Target when their lighting range is on sale and you might be pleasantly suprised - so maybe you can save up for the Freedom base, and get the shade somewhere else to cut the price a little? Re: Floor Lamp 9Jan 09, 2011 5:04 pm Hi Guys I end up buying a floor lamp from Freedom called 'Rhompus' and the color is 'Oak'. It was $299 but I got it for $179. Had to purchase the Shade separately. I am happy with the price and the shape of it, little bit bulky. Click below to see the picture. http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/1029/1646490.jpg Thanks guys.
