As I can’t start from fresh lets see what I can do…….. Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Portico colour help 47Dec 05, 2007 5:43 pm Pretty darn good Matt. Not just a pretty face hey????
But be careful, you'll be re-doing everyone's colour schemes soon.... Personally i'd like to see a black (1st choice) or even cream/paperbark (2nd choice) front door but that's just me.... then you have more freedom with the portico colour. The red really limits what you can do. Come on Michelle, weave your magic. Re: Portico colour help 48Dec 05, 2007 5:44 pm Its coming!!! Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Portico colour help 49Dec 05, 2007 6:01 pm Amber…I have chosen a colour scheme for you. My theory behind it is to lighten up your Portico, and to blend with all your other colours. I don’t practically want to add another colour. I know you will be doing the paint work, so sorry for what I am about to give you!
The last photo is much better to work with. 1) Internals of the portico – Dulux “Paper Bark” This goes on the internal sides of the portico only! 2) The front of your Portico “Wattyle Scorpion” Front walls only. 3) The decretive fret work above the front of your Portico – Dulux “Paper Bark” Matt….if you can, can you work your magic here, I am yet to master my colour program!!! Let me know what you think Amber. But didn’t you put a red feature wall in the back of your house. Can it been seen from the front door? I think if memory serves me it can? All the better for the red front entry. You will follow down with 3 stages. Red front, red door, red feature wall seen from the front door. Perfect. What do you think of the colours? Or would you like me to have another look……I’m confident they will work! Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Portico colour help 54Dec 06, 2007 11:25 am Well I'm going to take it as a sign that the colours will work because I was looking at the front last night and wondered whether the door colour would work on the portico!!
And there it was in writing from an expert this morning!!!! If Matt is about to mock it up I'll take a look but if I'm pushing the friendship I'll paint something and put it agains the front to see how it will look. I'm liking the idea though that it will be bold and give the facade a real lift. Let's just hope that neighbours don't think that a red portico is the modern day 'red light' Re: Portico colour help 55Dec 06, 2007 11:28 am Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Portico colour help 56Dec 06, 2007 11:45 am Give me a colour sample to work with!

Front of Portico walls only – the front door colour. The fret work on the front – the garage door colour. Love ya!!!! XXXX Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Portico colour help 58Dec 06, 2007 11:53 am lol

Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Does anybody who I can contact to adjust the portico on the ground to relevel the portico and roof? 1 840 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7355 Thank you @. Tried to play with the facade models but the exact colour is not matching up. 2 3420 |
