Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Dec 06, 2010 12:37 pm Hi all - Need advice and your thoughts please. We have settled on our internal colours which we are very happy with: Walls (except for Home Theatre): Burnt Ash (75% strength) from Bristol (light gray tone) Home Theatre: Rune Stone (50% strength) also from Bristol (dark charcoal/bluey colour) Ceiling: Whisper White Now, before we had settled on these colours, we had really liked the Oyster Linen for our render on the exterior. Oyster Linen at the time was really nice but now I am not sure it will "flow" with the interior. The Burnt Ash colour is essentially a neutral colour and part of the "gray" family of colours, where as the Oyster Linen colour is borderline neutral at best and with a some olive or green in it. This is where the problem ****** in that I do not think that this will flow as nicely from the exterior to the interior colour schemes we have chosen, especially as we have a very open plan that has an alfreso area that opens up to family room and dining room. Q. Do you think this will be an issue and if so, wouyld love some recommendations or suggestions on alternative render colour to better flow/work with our interior colours.
