Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Nov 23, 2010 10:53 pm Hi - can anyone help me please??? I am currently painting my lounge room - unfortunately cannot change the skirting/architrave colour which has been painted in dulux magnolia - half strength. Furniture colours are a mixture of white and teak and I have a dark choc lounge. Floor tiles in terracotta and have a huge carpet thrown over in a latte colour. I am wanting to paint a small feature wall which has a large window in the middle. I have sampled dulux light leather, dulux sea elephant and bristol goanna - the sea elephant is winning so far! Though if you come up with another idea for the feature wall that would be appreciated. The trouble is finding a wall colour that goes with the magnolia and sea elephant. The lounge room has quite a lot of natural light. I do not want to choose a colour that throws out pinks or greys - i have tried dulux hogs bristle, dulux antique usa and bristol village cream? Any suggestions would really be appreciated ..... Thanks Re: Seeking help choosing wall colour 2Nov 25, 2010 9:47 am Hey msbusy (aren't we all!!! sorry just had to laugh!)
