It is a lot cheaper than $13k and there’s so many online fast courses that just aren’t worth it. To understand colour and pattern you really need to understand ‘tone’ of colour and that happens when a teacher is showing you. You never know you might just get through the first year (which is decorating basics) and love it and continue on. Good luck!
