I love the look of white in magazines, and have done the main room of our house white/ neutral colors. However, have just done one of the bedrooms and felt it needed a bit of something, plus, being on the south side it was a little 'moody' anyway. I decided to go a color and did a blue/ grey (explorer blue) from porters on the wall. Ceilings, window, timber work and blinds are white. I love it, it really suits the room, and visitors all love it. I have the same color ceiling and woodwork / doors, throughout the house and have kept the furniture the same (white or timber), and decor ( neutral/ white) to tie in with the main room and rest of the house Looking for advice on whether this variation in tile colour is acceptable.
