Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Sep 02, 2010 3:49 pm We are currently renovating the rear of our house (rest to follow in a year or so) and need some help with an exterior colour scheme. Currently the house is a creamy yellow with green trim and a red roof, so we'd prefer to steer clear of these colours and go neutral. The constraints are that we have an existing Colorbond Classic Cream fence and cream coloured laserlight in the pergola. Our windows are a mix of white powdercoated and white painted wood but all have wooden architraves that could be a different colour. We'd like a light to medium coloured roof (e.g. Windspray, Bushland or Shale Grey) and are looking at cool grey or browny grey colours for the walls (as long as this doesn't clash with our cream fence). So far we have only tried Dulux Pale Tendril but found it too light and too green. We don't want to go too dark though as the rear of the house only receives direct sun in the morning and is shaded all afternoon. And my hubby has his heart set on the Moda Sanza paver, which has grey and bronze colours but in different lights can throw blue, purple and green. It is somewhat shiny and reflects a lot of light at certain angles. Would Milton Moon be ok - or just too much medium grey everywhere? There will also be rendered garden beds/built in bbq which could introduce another colour to the mix. thanks in advance for any advice Render - Milton Moon?
