Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Aug 16, 2010 8:06 pm So weve decided to change our mind and go for a glass splaskback instead of 300 x 100 tiles, one week before the tiler arrives. We choose laminex mushroom linea as the cupbord and pantry colours with caesarstone Nova aurora benchtops and waterfall ( the one with silvery speckles). The tiles are a very pale brown/latte/grey Problem is now were not sure which colour too choose?! I was thinking possible an olive green but that would involve convincing the boss, no mean feat. Possible even a grey/silver colour. We dont want to go too outrageous but at the same time not make the room too dark. Any suggestions would be fantastic! Re: Another glass splashback question?? It's not quite olive, but I think I'm the only person on the forum with a green splashback. This is mine, it is Army Issue by Dulux on standard glass. It is a deep green/grey. I have Coral Reef benchtops so sort of similar to what you have. With light walls, cupboards and benchtops around it, I don't find it too dark at all. Maybe this can convice the boss?
