Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Aug 15, 2010 8:43 pm I'm keen on a few feature walls but 2 of the walls i want to do i also had planned to have the the A/C headunits on. I'm thinking some sort of brown walls which means the headunits will stand out abit, being white. What are people's opinions on this? Anyone have any pics of feature walls with A/C on them? Re: Feature Walls With Split System A/C 3Aug 16, 2010 7:42 am Agree with kyton (and this is why I hate those split system A/Cs ). Either move the unit if you can, or make another wall your feature. I was going to do one on feature wall with air con units on them yesterday!!! And what I would have said is…..avoid using those walls as best you can; it’s not an attractive finished result. Ohh and have now just potted your finished feature wall, notice how the unite stands out all the more on the wall? If you are happy with it, then that’s all that counts. Try putting white back board in your photo frames on the wall; it might help the white unite a bit. You now need to work with the colour of the unit, not go against it. The dark tall statues need to be moved from the side board. They would look better with a light back ground. Your table cloth needs to be white as well. Sorry, hope you don’t mind ….try those changes and see what it looks like.
