This colour is going everywhere inside. I have painted a sample which comes out very light brown. The reason for picking this colour was I saw them in a display home and it gave off several colours (dependent on the furniture in the room and the lighting). I have attached a couple of photos I took from this Display home for you:

Re: Help with paint selections 3Aug 09, 2010 6:39 pm thanks scootergirl , which display home did you see this in? I think it might be a common one used for display homes, need to call my builder and ask whether the one Im thinking of has used it. Theres a display home in Hammond Park that has similar kitchen colours and I like the way it looked R you having any feature walls to go with the smoke pearl? have you just started building? Not sure if I can mention the builder but when I have worked out "pm" I can let you know more. I haven't started building as yet. I have signed contracts and about to do colour selection. No feature walls planned at the moment as my builder charges $180 per wall. I chose the colour because as mentioned before, in the different light/shadows, the colour gives off a light grey colour which makes the house seem cool, and in qld summer that's a bonus. Scootergirl Re: Help with paint selections 5Aug 11, 2010 9:51 am thats what we like, the greyish tone to it. Rang our builder she said for a grey tone the smoke pearl, whitetone and tulip white were all good choices and quite popular hope all goes well with your pre-start Building the Claremont with SPH viewtopic.php?f=31&t=28206 Earthworks 16/02 Slab 23/02 Drainer 26/02 Bricks 03/03 Brickies started 30/03 Brickie meeting 31/03 Tile meeting booked for 21/06 Paving started 29/07 1st PCI 29/07 2nd PCI 13/08 Handover 09/09 How much are you ahead in payments compared to where the build is at? Have you fully drawn down the loan? 5 11916 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7158 Thank you. That is really helpful. Once we get the place done and passed for OC we can upgrade in the future once we get back on our feet and not paying mortgage and rent. 4 5727 |
