Our new house is an owner builder project.
Hubby spent the day putting insulation in all the walls ready to start hanging the gyprock. Once he's finished that over the next few weekends the professionals will come in to flush it
As Michelle knows from some question today I've spent the day looking at colours & Kitchen choices!! Better hurry up & make some decisions......

Paint a board up in the China White, large enough to glue or blutack on your samples of your selections.
Use it as a colourboard……it works wounders, and helps you to get a feel for what you are planning to do.

I've been inspired by looking at some of the colour boards in this forum (or on their blogs) & after feeling a bit confused about the whole thing previously I can't wait to get mine going now.

Three things in life scare me……
Anything after those 3 are easy!
I flew 28 hours to Rome once and I can say it was a WET flight….I must have drunk their bar dry!!!
Not to menton the time I had to fly to Holland, the flight was cancelled, due the plane having engine problems.
They put my daughter and I up in the Airport Hilton in Sydney for the night, but I couldn’t sleep the whole night worrying they were going to put us back on the same plane with the dicky engine!!!!

Are you from the Shoalhaven Michelle? I'm a blow-in, from Sydney originally. My house reno's have slowed up a bit, I've been doing door jamb and architraves last two weeks. We have bub number three due in about 11 weeks, I need to finish the nursery Theres only picture rail, door, architrave and skirting to go at least.

Hi Luke…..I’m a blow in from Sydney as well.
Western Suburbs (Bass Hill) …….before it got REALL western!
Moved here when I was 15, but hung out your way since I was a kid.
I’ve been here for 0ver 30 years now…..I guess that means I’m a local?
Nothing like a deadline to get things finished!!!
You should knock that over in…. let’s say 9 weeks, just to be safe!!!!!
