Cream coloured walls. thinking of doing a light coffee coloured splashback, but what caeasarstone benchtop to go? was thinking osprey? i dont want too white, as i want to keep the kitchen a bit warm? any suggestions?? please Re: what colour caesarstone benchtop? osprey? icesnow? 2Aug 06, 2010 2:42 pm osprey would be better than ice snow (to stark in my opinion), plus Osprey has hints of browns through it (when you look very closely). Check that the parchment doesn't look to yellow against it though. Re: what colour caesarstone benchtop? osprey? icesnow? 6Aug 07, 2010 10:30 pm Thank you. Yes I LOVE being in there. I find the kitchen colours including the benchtops to be soft and brings the white cupboards down a peg but still keeps the white in there. (if you know what I mean? ) I think the Osprey is warm enough. I wanted "warm" and I am happy with the effect. I preferred the Osprey myself because of the smaller flecks. The Ice Snow is really nice though. Good Luck...it's difficult I know. Especially when you only get one shot at it and it needs to be right for what you are trying to achieve for yourself. www.themaxbuild.blogspot.com forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=20717&start=300 www.leahspaperpassion.blogspot.com Re: what colour caesarstone benchtop? osprey? icesnow? 7Aug 07, 2010 10:43 pm Hi myncs, I have really light grey cabinets with osprey benchtops (sorry I can't seem to get a picture to upload ) and I too would suggest you go with osprey. IMHO it looks quite white next to lighter colour cabinetry and I think icesnow would be too pale and harsh. Good luck with making the decision. Dark charcoal porcelin tiles. thats why we thought the snow should be okay, since everything else is white and charcoal. will get a pic and upload x Re: what colour caesarstone benchtop? osprey? icesnow? 14Aug 13, 2010 7:31 pm myncs WOW! thanks for those pics, the osprey looks fantastic and warm. R u happy with the osprey? do u find it very white or more of a cream? Well, it's not a pure pure white colour as it has the tiny flecks in it, but I think for a kitchen benchtop it's a great choice because it'll look clean, even if it's a little dirty! The white cupboard doors look quite a bit whiter than the ceasarstone, but we also have a grey colour on the back of the island bench, so it all works together well.
