Anyway, my partner & I are about to buy a property, but have no idea how we'd furnish it. The biggest hurdle is the very red floor. We do want to paint but we're unsure whetehr to go for a latte type colour, or a creamy white. Opinions? We like more modern furniture than that, but obviously not too modern to fit in with the kitchen (the kitchen, dining & lounge is one big rectangular space). Thank you! Kitchen is a bit country, but if you get some leather lounges, glass dining room table and a modern glass/ chrome stainless steel entertainment unit it would transform the place in a flash. Oh and change the paintings with some contemporary art to match the decor.
