Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jul 14, 2010 7:22 pm Towards the middle/end of last year I saw a picture in a magazine of a long room that had a glass down one side and was divided into separate "rooms" through the use of the furniture in it. I really liked the simple window treatments they used. But for the life of me I can't remember the detail of them. I thought I had put the magazine away but can't find it. I think it was in the WA Insite magazine (it may have been on the cover) and also in the WA's Best Homes magazine (The one with the burgundy cover). I am appealling to the font of collective knowledge contained in this forum to help me find this picture and relieve my headache! Thanks Re: HELP - Wracking my brain 2Jul 14, 2010 8:29 pm Well this should get peoples memories going….. anyone? Re: HELP - Wracking my brain 8Jul 17, 2010 3:13 pm I haven't figured out how to load photos yet, but it is the ones on page 298-299. As we have a room that will contain our pool table, dining table and TV area and has a rural outlook it is quite similar to page 298. I am not sure about the sheers though as we have dogs and I can see them either get dirty or becoming a dog toy when we are out. I do like the simplicity though so it doesn't detract from the view. Maybe the double blinds on page 299 would be better. Hi there, long-time lurker but first time posting. I've bought a house 2 and a bit years ago and last year we had some major water damage on a converted pergola area… 0 7930 Yes, unless you are in a low intensity rainfall area or the area is protected from rain. Do you have access to NCC Part 2 or can you download it? I can email you a copy… 10 12509 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7158 |
