I use a small artists brush ( sometimes a cotton bud) and touch up corners every few months. Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. Surely someone can invent a 'coating' that makes paint chip proof! I am currently suffering this fate with my reno! Just had tilers in, and I am now left with the very messy cleanup. Grout and cement, EVERYWHERE. Dirty hand marks on my freshly painted walls, grout smearings up the wall, dried grout on my freshly painted trims, and paint chips out of my skirting I hate painting with a passion, but it looks like I still have a lot left to do after all their messy handiwork!!!
