Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jun 26, 2010 8:38 pm Okay so I have searched high and low for a decent hall table. I don't want old, french or cast iron looking ones etc. There have been a couple I have seen that I don't mind-one in particular is quite simple but would be really effective. There's a couple more I have seen but are a bit too modern/cheap looking but might do the job. I keep thinking about the really plane one but it has no drawers. I don't want to spend $1,000 on a hall table. Does anyone have any suggestions or stores to look at? I have looked online at alot of places. The only ones I love are the custom made timber ones that would cost a fortune no doubt. I even thought about making one but that's time consuming and it'll probably turn out crap. Any help much appreciated. Need a hall table and a buffet table that is appealing without the huge price tag. Re: Help....hall table 3Jun 26, 2010 8:46 pm Vic-regional so don't have alot of big furniture deals. Do get to Ballarat and Melbourne sometimes though and have been to DFO but not lately to look at hall tables. Mainly online. Ikea have nothing. I am thinking of either a white hall table-very simple but it's skinny or a timber one which will cost a bit more but don't know if I love the few I have seen.
