I had initially thought I'd get lighter coloured viewscreens to keep he light airy feel and lots of light in even when they're down, and darker blockouts on top with some sort of pattern as a feature...but the blinds lady explaiend that teh darker viewscreens actually give you a clearer view of outside (and when I held them both up in front of the light she is right, you can see outside a lot better with them down than the lighter coloured ones).
So now I am wondering......would darker viewscreens make there be less light? Or make the living areas seem smaller?
What would be better - dark screens with a clearer view out into the backyard, but possibly less light and the illusion of smaller rooms OR lighter screens with a less clear view of outside, but possibly MORE light and illusion of bigger rooms??
ARGH am I thinking about this too much?
Cheers
Caz
