It looks amazing with the brushed silver fan and downlights. I also have Sea Elephant as a wall recess colour in my family room. It is such a lovely warm chocolate colour. Unfortunately I dont have any pics but I will try and remember to take some tomorrow. We are in the process of moving in. Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. We have a timber staircase (tassie oak so a fairly light timber) with white risers and a big white framed window. We were planning on having the main landing part of the stairwell half way up as a photo wall with lots of white photo frames, but I'm wondering if the sea elephant might be a little dark in a narrow space? What would be the best complimenting colour to go with it? I was thinking for all the other walls in the house and is a 'cool tone'. Trying to choose splashback with a nice brown tone....do you think sea elephant would work???? Or any other suggestions from you would be appreciated. We are having wooden floors too btw. Re: Dulux Sea Elephant 18Jul 15, 2010 5:26 pm Hi Chloe, I have no hesitation recommending sea elephant as your splash back colour, when there are predominantly whites as you are using you need the depth of a colour to give the wow factor.
