Re: Dulux 21Apr 05, 2010 12:49 pm mmm I don't know Michelle. It's working fine for me - I should have mentioned I use a Mac, don't know if that has something to do with it? Re: Dulux 22Apr 06, 2010 7:03 am Ikon, have you actually tried to save the colour to a jpeg? And have you actually copied and pasted to an email page and see the colour on that email page? Try that and see if you get it to work. A client of mine is having the same problem as me. Yep, same here. The weirdest thing is that I get a JPEG image on the screen, but I click "properties", it shows zero bytes! How can an image have no bytes??? I'll leave it to a better nerd than me to provide the answer. Cheers zeke Re: Dulux 25Apr 06, 2010 9:16 am zeke Michelle Ikon, have you actually tried to save the colour to a jpeg? Quite handy having one of each! Re: Dulux 26Apr 06, 2010 9:23 am Ok, I give up!! When I copied and pasted into an email using my macbook I just ended up with a web link not the actual colour. I couldn't even get that with my desktop PC. Too hard for me too, I'm with Zeke. Good luck, Michelle. That's probably because it's not a jpeg. Dulux uses flash to display it's colours. Re: Dulux 31Apr 06, 2010 1:12 pm Do any of you use Windows Vista. If so try using the "snipping tool". I use it lots and have no problem with saving, copying, emailing etc. A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands. Hey Michelle, Just sent you a test email using Copy & Paste. I have Microsoft Entourage (which is the Mac equivalent of Outlook). Also, when saving the colour swatch I need to use Safari and not FireFox. P.s. I LOVE Resene anyway hehe - Most colours I use are from their range and I just get dulux to mix them Re: Dulux 34Apr 06, 2010 6:29 pm IkonInteriors Michelle Ikon, have you actually tried to save the colour to a jpeg? It seems a lot of people are having problems not just me. I don’t have a Mac, thank goodness my cousin has one and her emails drive me made from it….. Although, looks like Mac has pulled through on this one! You’re a treasure, but its not helping me. Thank you everyone for helping me out with this, that’s why I stay here at Homeone, I love you all so much you’re all such a great help and supportive! I then just opened it in paint and saved as jpeg. I need it to past to an email page, and it won’t for me. I have had word from a member here on the forum, who’s father is very high up at Dulux, he has sent my problems to his father at Dulux so I’ll wait and see if they fix the problem. She’s been great and has tried to help via email, but to no avail. This Morning Bel sent me the NZ Dulux web link and all is good on that site, copy and pasted up onto an email page no problem. She is now aware of the problem and is going to let the IT guys know at Dulux OZ to see if they can look into the problem. Yay to Dulux for being extremely helpful!
