Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jan 26, 2010 1:09 pm Hi, I'm building the "Waterside" "Plana" facade with Clarendon. Its a two story design and we are having trouble picking a purple colour to suit our bricks. Our bricks are PGH alfresco range and the colour is called "Vino". It's a very dark brown with a tinge or blue or purple too it. We need to pick a taubmans or bristol paint colour. Are windows, gutters, facsia, down pipes, garge door, front door are all going to be Monument (colourbond dark grey). We are trying to find a dark shade of purple that has a slight grey tinge to it. We don't want any pruples that look violet at all. We want the purple to go on teh weatherboard part of this picutre (upstairs) and we are not sure what part to do purple on the first floor - where in this picutre you will see the current shades of brown render (this we want to be the same purple and maybe leave the vertical post brick, or maybe do the vertical post and the small horizental post purple and the larger chunk of render an off white. we are stuck! please offer your colour ideas and suggestions on what colours to do what parts of the render that are in this picture! I can’t load pics from Taubamns anyway so go and look for Taubmans "Razz Berry" from their fan deck. I’ve just looked through what brochures I have and can’t see anything suitable from their range.
