No orange in my room , except for an orangey brown print which is going on the dark blue Dulux Senate feature wall. My other colour is a very pale sage green with a dash of pewter thrown in for good measure. Probably sounds weird but I think they look great together, it's my favourite room in the house ). Don't know about the melatonin levels, but I feel soothed as soon as I walk in there, so hopefully it will be good for sleeping too (not quite finished so haven't slept in there yet!)
