I was planning to finish mine with 2-pack as per kitchen cupboards but wondered how it might wear with feet scuffing against it from people perched up on a bar stool. Are there any other materials that could be used? I hate to introduce a new colour which is why I thought to use the cupboard finish. Anyone have a finished island that they have been using for some time?
