Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Dec 06, 2009 7:20 pm Hi everyone, I have been a member here for a while but haven't posted much since moving in, mainly because of plaster dramas which have now FINALLY been rectified! I thought I would start sharing my decorating photos as this is the part I have enjoyed the most and get a lot of pleasure out of it. The theme I am aiming for is balinese/resort feel, but with a very relaxed, welcoming tone. This is the first part of the house I am totally happy with, which is our entrance hall, so I thought I would post a picture. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I have stuff from my travels, ebay bagains and things I have been given over the years...and I really like getting a bargain at Freedom furniture. The floors are bamboo (coffee colour, strandwoven) which we laid ourselves (direct stick method), so I am proud to say a lot of my own blood, sweat, tears and tantrums are in this house! We have wooden plantation shutters throughout which I am really glad we got, because it breaks up the white walls (Natural White - dulux). Anyway, I will post more when I am happy with how the rooms turn out, and if people are interested too LOL - I find these things exciting, but then again Im a bit strange!
