Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Nov 21, 2009 7:37 am I have Hog Bristle walls and Hog Bristle Gloss for all of the cabinetry including the integrated fridge and dishwasher. Floor is Brushbox timber I have chosen Caesarstone Latte for the main island bench. For the benchtop which houses the cooktop I have Caesarstone Cashmere. This will also be on the splashback. I thought this contrast with the 2 different stone colours would break up the Hog Bristle. The Latte looks nice with the timber floor while the Cashmere bench and splashback are nice with the HB cupbards and wall? All my ceilings and architraves doors etc are also in Hog Bristle full strength. i have a wall recess painted in Dulux Sea Elephant this will house my sideboard and TV If you go to http://www.younghomes.com.au/ and click on the photo gallery it is the 2nd kitchen photo and the 7th photo overall. The kitchen in the photo is a taupe colour. We dont have the pokey corner cupboard - we have overheads and a right angle benchtop and I have a WIR pantry nearby. I also have a cavity for our kitchen stools so I dont have the cupboards under the bench which face the family room. ( I couldnt save the pic as it is in Flash) Am I on the right track with my colours and stone Michelle? Any one elses thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. Even though they have a slightly different colour going on, yours will be very classy with the Sea Elephant thrown in as well. Very nice!
