Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Nov 03, 2009 9:04 am Hi everyone, im in the process of choosing my internal colours for my house that im building. Its so difficult!! Currently, the facade has a combination of rendering and cladding. The cladding colour is dulux deep bamboo and the render is dulux warm neutral (waiting on confirmation of these colours from developer). I have to choose the kitchen colour scheme asap so they can order the kitchen. I was thinking Laminex Smoke Granite (natural finish) for the bench top, Laminex milkwood (natural finish) for the below the bench top and Laminex Twine (flint finish) for the cupboards. Will these kitchen colours match? What colour carpet/tiles would match these? I wanted to have lighter colours in the kitchen to lift it and because its a small house, i didnt want it to look dark and small. The developer has told me that the bathroom is white but i can add a feature strip of colour in the tiles. Your thoughts on these colours and different suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Re: Do these colours match?? If you were going to have a brown/latte coloured tile, you could even be have white/beige cupboards with the smoke granite bench top. I have similar to this in my house.... Hope someone with more knowledge can give you advice..... Re: Do these colours match??
