DH chose the benchtop as he is the master chef in the house. We both love the Cacao Umber and wanted the kitchen to be the focal point of the house. The whole house is themed chocolate brown and white. It seems that most who are building on this forum have gone with a light coloured benchtop and dark cupboards even in the bathrooms. I am hoping that we have done the right thing colour wise as our ensuite and powder room are Laminex -Ebony Macassar tops with Parbury - Artic White lustre cabinets.
