Hi
I posted this in the Building section but then realised I might have some colour experts in here...
We're building a house with an entirely rendered facade. There will be quoins and bands around the windows and garage.
We've chosen Colorbond Paperbark paint (to match the garage) and are wondering which strength of Paperbark to do the accents.
Half strength is quite a contrast whereas 3/4 strength is subtle but maybe too subtle. We do want a contrast of some sort but can't decide how much looks best.
It's hard to tell what the overall effect will be on a house vs a sample on a piece of plasterboard!
Our home will be a "country classic" style with Woodland Grey roof and a very neutral look (not too modern/not kitschy country).
This home but with an entirely rendered facade in place of the brickwork.

Has anyone used half strength for quoins and bands?
What do you think - is it too stark in comparison to full strength Paperbark?
Do you have photos or examples to share?
Thanks in advance!
