Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Sep 07, 2009 6:35 am Does anyone know where I can get this code? Tried the Dulux site but had no luck. Need it today Thanks Re: Dulux code for Dulux Linseed half strength? 3Sep 07, 2009 10:32 am I have one of the Dulux colour palettes. The code for Linseed is actually P15B3. There isn't a code for half however the next lightest shade is Candle Bark code P15B2 and the next lighter shade is Beige Royal P15B1. These would be the half and quarter mixes. I think I liked the old colour atlas better, easier to follow - believe me, I spent enough time on there !!! Re: Dulux code for Dulux Linseed half strength? 6Sep 07, 2009 11:26 am MagicJ, I live in that web site!!! I agree with you - I prefer the old site. Dulux have made it a bit confusing on their new site. The code for linseed is P15B3. The lighter shade is Candle Bark code P15B2 and the next lighter shade is Beige Royal P15B1. To get the proper codes you need to go to the Specifier page not the colour wall / colour gallery. The codes in the colour wall / gallery are just for decor purposes and relate to a range of shades in a certain colour. A191 refers to several different shades in the same colour ie Harold, Army Issue and Linseed. This use of different codes is all too confusing for those people not familiar with the specifier codes. M!ssy, you went here to get the codes, and so did I, until I worked out what was going on. To get the correct codes for the actual paint colour you want you need to go to http://www.dulux.com.au/specifier/colou ... atlas.aspx Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. Our builder requires that we supply the codes if we use half colours. Re: Dulux code for Dulux Linseed half strength? 9Sep 07, 2009 12:57 pm ah, think I have got it. If you check out the Beige Royal on the Dulux site then: Full strength: P15B1 Half strength: P15B1H Quarter strength" P15B1Q Same code except for the last letter 'H' Half and 'Q' Quarter, easy! I guess it would be the same for the other colours Re: Dulux code for Dulux Linseed half strength? 10Sep 07, 2009 1:54 pm Im not sure?? I wanted half strength Gnu Tan and Dulux told me to use Self-Destruct and Russian Toffee as they didnt have the 1/2 and 1/4 Gnu Tan. That is why I suggested Candle Bark code P15B2 and the next lighter shade Beige Royal P15B1 for the 1/2 and 1/4 Linseed. Michelle may be able to shed light on this. or Phone Dulux and ask them Building in Bella Vista Waters Sydney. Rang Dulux, no special number for Half or quarter strength Linseed so you quote 50% or half. Sometimes things are just as simple as that Re: Dulux code for Dulux Linseed half strength? 16Sep 07, 2009 10:23 pm hey ozzy, were coral cool with it all? 2014 - Prepping to build the Soho 4 with Plantation homes, industrial style 2009 - Built the Brampton with Coral Homes viewtopic.php?f=31&t=15399&start=280 Re: Dulux code for Dulux Linseed half strength? 17Sep 08, 2009 6:30 am Jess09 hey ozzy, were coral cool with it all? Yup, they didn't seem to have a problem but I will remind them when they come to paint though I want half or quarter strength in the long corridor too because it will be quite dark in there. She said to have a word with the painter cause Coral will charge us extra to do two strengths. Hi All, see above image.
