I don't know what the difference is there Mango, I know mine is high gloss and ferric sheen is a metallic colour, but am not sure if it comes any other way, sorry.

I have white gloss and ferric sheen cupboards. Actually Ferric Sheen would be a nice splashback, it's kind of a silvery/goldy/champagney metallic colour and it goes nice with Nougat.
