Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jul 13, 2009 2:47 pm Hi Michelle I deperately need some help and you seem like someone who can help. I need to choose the colour of my render asap. The decision making process has gone on for awhile now but a decision has still not been made but if I dont hurry up I am going to hold up the renderer. The colours that we have been looking at are: Self Destruct- Mmm ok! Warm Neutral - Quite like it but worried its going to be too pink/purple! Beige Royal - Partner thinks its too grey! Im not sure Sago - Quite like this but partner things its too white! We have a surfmist roof and guttering. Our gable is lined with cedar and our front door is an old wooden door. Our garage door will be a cedar look aswell. Our driveway is going to be a silver concrete (aggregate type) paver and am looking to paint the fence down the driveway woodland grey. I really want a neutral colour but still want something quite warm. The greys seem to be quite cold but worried some thing like Sago or Beige Royal will be too light while Warm Neutral seems too pink. I have read previous posts and you mentioned Warm Neutral was one of your favs. What do you think? Any suggestions. Many thanks Melissa Re: External Render Colour - Need Help 3Jul 16, 2009 5:49 pm Warm Neutral Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hog Bristle full Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Dulux Self Destruct Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I have to say also, the Hog Bristle looks really good. I also like hog bristle - do you think it would match a charcoal tiled roof? This is the darkest rook tile photo I have, I think the colour will be fine. Colorbond below. I have a few rendered interior walls, the surface condition is hardly flat. I can see all the bumps… 0 7964 Thank you @. Tried to play with the facade models but the exact colour is not matching up. 2 3267 |
