Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jul 10, 2009 4:59 pm Main bedroom- the burgandy is in the curtains (they have to stay) and also in the quilt cover. At the moment I have a dark green for the walls, I would like a change, I don't want this room too feminine. Michelle or anybody would you have any suggestions for the wall colour please? Re: What is colour goes with burgandy/maroon? 3Jul 10, 2009 5:29 pm aaron4erin Might sound a bit boring, the burgundy is so strong - how about beige? Or gold? or a latte type colour? Not boring at all, I have been thinking along those lines Sharon..... frustrated interior decorator, I have always wanted to do this for a living.. Re: What is colour goes with burgandy/maroon? 5Jul 10, 2009 9:26 pm I am having burgundy as my accent colour in my formal lounge/dining. I have chosen silver to go with it - curtains, light shades and a feature wall. Michelle suggested a colour of Dulux Milton Moon as my feature wall - haven't got to the stage of painting it yet, but I think I'll be very happy with it. I'm thinking about a charcoal lounge as well. I know what you mean though, it's not an easy colour to match - you really need a neautrally colour of some sort.
