United International Investment Investment Property Re: Help to choose Render colors 3May 25, 2009 11:41 am Good to see you back Dan… Remember there is a Sand Bank garage door on the front, so we need to balance with that. So can you try C/Bond Sand bank as the render? If not, I'd suggest taking your samples with you to a paint supplier colour consultant and having them help choose a render colour from a paint range - much more room to move than sticking within the narrow colorbond range. Re: Help to choose Render colors 13May 25, 2009 5:49 pm Sandbank is little "yellowish" for my brick, is it? do you think that the sandbank on Garage Door can match the brick colors, or not? what color for garage door do you suggest? ( I don't like color too dark) thanks everyone I’m a little concerned about the Sandbank as well, only because it the only yellowy colour you will have on the front of your house. If you are looking for a grey render to the front, I would look at doing the garage doors in say Windspray if you don’t want it too dark. What do you think? And because the photo was taken at night/dusk, I will never be able to guess the right colour. BUT…notice the garage door is the same colour…..this is what I suggest you do. Leave it with me, I’m getting to colours for you. Are you happy with the Windsray? I need a colour to work from. I’ve just posted these for someone else on my forum for feature wall colours, what do you think of these as your exterior render? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Dulux Endless Dusk.
