So we want maximum privacy from the outside, but without losing to much natural sunlight. We also will never really want the blinds open as there isn't much to see out of the window. We've been looking at panel blinds and rollers, but DH suggested we could get a roller blind in a light filter fabric and then hang a picture or something over the window to provide extra privacy. Anyone everyone ever seen this done? This is actually blinds that have pictures printed on them - I do like this idea, but I'm sure I'd get sick of the picture and wont be able to change it without having to pay for more blinds, but this is kind of what I was thinking we could do, hang a set of canvas or something along the wall and over the window?
