Just hoping you can provide advice on our exterior house colours. Currently we have: Roof: Colorbond Shale Grey (but you don't see the roof from the road) Top floor Cladding: Colorbond Woodland Grey Facade on bottom floor below top floor cladding: Colorbond Sandbank (we're open to change this to a different sand colour) Window trim: black We also have a column of stacked stone in a rustic colour like the attached image. And this column sits between the two bottom floor facades. The other facade is where the front verandah is and it has a timber deck and timber railings and mahongany timber eaves - the wall sits around a 3 stacker sliding door. It's that facade we're having trouble with. We are needing a red or an ochre colour we think, to blend with the stacked stone, the Colorbond Sandbank and the Colorbond Woodland Grey. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. Many thanks.[/img] Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Michelle, which red/ochre do you think? 2Mar 02, 2009 8:02 pm Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Michelle, which red/ochre do you think? 4Mar 02, 2009 8:38 pm I thought about the Ochre, but it won’t let your stack stone stand out, it will make them blend in.
Which means no point having them. Good luck. Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com No. It's not original. Circa early to mid 90s would be my guess and maybe even as late as early 2000s 1 6626 I’m restoring all my 40yr old windows and I want to install seals around the casements. I’ve sanded back and oiled the frames with sikkens. My plan is to box up inside… 0 6506 Black on light wood does look good. Not sure if it will be as long lasting as a steel finish? 6 6348 |
