Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Feb 06, 2007 9:36 pm Hi we are just completing our new house build and have a settelment day in 2 weeks and obviously i want to get stuck into the painting...couldnt stand looking at all that cream. My colours in the family room are dark bown oak kitchen, same coloured dining table, tv long unit and side tables, cream lg porsoline tiles, cream L shaped leather settee and cream walls. I would like to paint 2 feature walls in the family room in a dark brown suade effect paint but one of the walls in a window wall which will have a suade light beige blind in it.
Is this a No! No ! or can it be done and look right. Thanks Lisa x x Re: suade effect paint 2Apr 04, 2007 10:15 pm I would strongly suggest you post a photo of the rooms you want help with.
It is much easier to help you this way. Sorry. Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14041 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 3618 Thank you. That is really helpful. Once we get the place done and passed for OC we can upgrade in the future once we get back on our feet and not paying mortgage and rent. 4 3991 |
