Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Jan 19, 2009 11:41 am I came home today and found a deliveryman on my doorstep with a huge box!! i opened it up and found my daughters new bedding i had ordered her. It is soooo beautiful I just had to post the pictures here and show everyone!! My daughter loves it too which is the most important!! At 2 she has very strong ideas about what she likes!! Cant wait till she's 12
I wanted to paint the room in a light green with pink pictures and features etc... but she really wants pink......it's going to be a very pink room I think!! Don’t worry about the very pink room, just do the prints in green, reverse your colour thoughts, it will look just as good. We have chosen a green for her feature wall and intend on doing splashes of pink and white !:) My karma ran over your dogma Re: My daughters new bedding just arrived!! 7Jan 19, 2009 4:07 pm It's absolutely adorable! I'd better not show my 7 year old, she'd love it!! I have a 'thing' for owls at the moment, and plan on incorporating one in an artwork I'll do for her new room.

You can buy most of their stuff on ebay as they won't ship to Australia. i have a shopping problem though so I rent a USA address though www.myus.com and they buy it for me and then forward it on to me. Beautiful Bedding!! They have a new Dr Seuss one which I'm thinking about getting for my youngest son instead of airplanes..... so cute!!! I love the bedding you have got for your little girl! How exciting to get it in the mail...I could easily get addicted to that The Dr Suess is just the nicest bedding I have seen for a little boy. I LOVE it. In fact, if I was a teenager, I would buy it for myself. So...how does one buy from pottery barn if they dont ship to Australia. I went to that site but I dont know anything about it. Will have to research more into it. already I can hear a big fat NO from Mr B Mrs B Re: My daughters new bedding just arrived!! 13Jan 22, 2009 8:51 pm Mrs B
Some of it is available on Ebay, but only a small amount. I'm really interested to learn more about the rental of US address, whether it's cost effective and how it all works , as I've bought quite a bit from O/S - bed linen, and more .....(Hearing a big fat NO from 'Mr Petal ' , too ) Solidarity, not solidity.......The Lexicon of Life Re: My daughters new bedding just arrived!! 14Jan 22, 2009 9:22 pm Hi Petal...let me know when you find out about US rental address
Hi Donuts...I already looked at ebay, only a few items for this range. darn....now another thing I will be fixated on...I LOVE that Dr Suess bedding Mrs B Re: My daughters new bedding just arrived!! 15Jan 22, 2009 9:31 pm It is lovely Mrs B!

All the shipments are sent with DHL. You can add the American address they give you as a billing address on your visa so you can use it at American Shops online too. For an additional $10 they will just purchase it for you. It is expensive for the shipping as it's DHL express so i find that getting them to hold my purchases until I have a decent amount to ship works out cheaper. They repackage it all into one box and ship it together for you. It is addictive though!! I have a shoe problem and having access to American Shoe sales is not helping!! Re: My daughters new bedding just arrived!! 19Jan 30, 2009 5:11 pm You sound like me, cascre - I just said to someone the other day that I should have called my 7 yo girl "Imelda" - I can't help myself. I just bought her the most divine red quilted Guess runners with little silver charms on them the other day....they're way to big for her - but she'll grow into them!!!!!
Oh, no, mek...more places to shop!!!!!!! As for bed linen, I just swapped DD's over today, and found a Designers Guild set that I had completely forgotten about! Yay - that'll go on next time ! I'd better not look at the Pottery Barn stuff!! Solidarity, not solidity.......The Lexicon of Life Hi All!
