Well, I'm glad to say I stood my ground and my choices won We'll be applying Double Akaroa (from the Resene Paints range) throughout, using Dulux wash & wear though. The three colours are Double Akaroa, Coffee and Clay Creek (all from the Resene Paints range). The ceilings and cornice will also be painted white complimenting the satin chrome down lights as well as keeping the house light and airy. I know all the tones are fairly neutral, though I'd like to keep things simple in a house this small... plus, I'm a little bit boring when it comes to my own tastes lol Re: Finally... I'm not sure how accurate my screen is... but everything I'm seeing is absolutely gorgeous! The Double Akaroa is absolutely beautiful. Don't know what your partner wanted but I'm glad you won! Now I'm going to have to come and check out your screens (those colours may be even better!) From the test patches I've painted the screen isn't exactly true to life, but pretty close- enough to give you the general idea. I'll be sure to post some pictures once it's all done though Re: Finally... I've settled on paint colours! 8Jan 09, 2009 12:08 pm I love your choices Troy..

There's no excuse! We're practically neighbours Glad you like it Michelle. Now, do you know anything about applying wallpaper *nudge, nudge*? We might need a hand Hey sha, I like that it brings a bit of the outdoors in and it adds a bit of depth too that you just can't achieve with paint alone. As above, I'm a little worried about installing it though--- don't want the edges to fray Re: Finally... I've settled on paint colours! 10Jan 09, 2009 12:31 pm Troy…there’s a kit out for wallpaper application…..it’s very cheap, and apparently you can’t go wrong with it.
I checked it out not so long ago at a local wallpaper supplier. Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Finally...
