Browse Forums Interior Decorating Lounge 1 Dec 16, 2008 8:38 am We were set on having ceasarstone osprey for our 5 metre kitchen benchtop but the stonemason has suggested that Ice Snow is a more practical choice because it shows less marks/dirt and is easy to maintain than Osprey. We have dark wood grain cupboards - Ebony Macassar and Amari Oak. Any opinions or comments will be highly appreciated. braveheart Re: Opinions: Ceasarstone Osprey or Ice Snow 3Dec 16, 2008 8:43 am Braveheart... for me it is simply what you want the focus to be. I'm having Osprey simply because there'll be a wall of cupboards in a bold laminate that I want to take centre stage, so I wanted the benchtop to be quite simple.
Ice Snow has a bit more texture to the look and therefor stands out that bit more. If I didn't have feature cupboards, I'd go for something with more texture. I guess it depends on what you want to be the focus. Ice Snow isn't as overpowering as some of the stones though, so I don't think you can go wrong either way. Hope I'm making sense! Jo I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
