Sounds like a great deal Michelle. Fingers crossed it's all that you hope it is. Re: I want to buy a house, how easy was that! 62Nov 19, 2008 9:05 pm Oh thanks everyone I’m so excited! If I have to leave my home of 22 years at least I can be happy to go else where.
Yes there is work to be done, but all I can take care of! No probs there! No deciding between the two, both in the one street, this one is miles ahead of the other one. So this is the one. Nic, I can see you are as happy as me! Thank you so much for sharing that with me. XXXX. The photos are what I took with my camera today while I was there. This house is not on the market is for me only…..scoop!!!! I thought $265 was good, haggled of course but knew it would land there. I think it’s worth the money after seeing what I have seen for the same price! With pool! I can’t wait to do that outdoor area up, I have sooooo much stuff, it will look great. Nic, phone I have had a couple offered already to me, Glens got one at work I can get to morrow, but thanks!!!! All I have to do now is wait for Glen to get the nod to buy me out, give me some money get my loan and I’m in. All ready to go. So….better start packing soon, that’s a major feat on its own! There wont be a lot of room left in this house by the time I move in. Nic……I will be having a summer house warming/pool party, so I will give you the heads up on it, you are most welcome!
