I had my heart set on gloss, and am wondering if you think the matt is going to be alot different? Bench top is Caesarstone in Ice snow and splash back is a white tile and walls will also be white. No, I can't remember her giving me a reason, just that it wasn't available. This is the description of matt "A non-directional textured finish with a moderate reflective quality." So it might not be so bad. However I'm going to ring tomorrow and ask about it..
