The recipe for chocolate ripple cake is
600ml thickened cream
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 x 250g packet Arnott’s Choc Ripple Biscuits
1 Peppermint Crisp to the decorate the cake
1. Very easy to make- just put the cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat using an electric beater until stiff.
2. Spread a little of the cream onto the base of a rectangle/long serving plate.
3. Spread one biscuit with cream then sandwich with another biscuit. Repeat until all biscuits have been used and form a log.
4. Spread the remaining cream over the log to cover it entirely.
5. Place the cake in the fridge (I usually make it the night before otherwise the bisuits don't have enough time to soften and are too crunchy).
6. Just before serving, I crush the peppermint crisp and sprinkle it over the top!!
You're missing some very vital ingredients!!! A big splash of baileys in the cream and then also brush each biscuit with some Brandy - sooooooooo gooooood!!!!

Oooh yes that was a good cheesecake!!
I don't cook for people very often but I would most likely do roast but one of my fav things to take somewhere are home made dips that are very yummo and very easy!
