Slightly off topic, BUT, I made just some Orange/Choc Muffins (had lots of cut up oranges left over from the kids soccer today and didn't want to waste them) I put lots of juice/pulp and quite a lot of zest in them but they still aren't very "orangey", I've had this issue before when making Orange Cake, my Mum used to make the BEST Orange cake but she is no longer with us and the recipe books of hers I have don't have it in them.
Has anyone got any tips on what they use to make a "stronger" Orange flavour?
