Re: What's for dinner? 1428Oct 09, 2011 8:01 pm yum we are having hm pizzas tonight when the boys finish in the kitchen.. they were supposed to wash n wipe up this arvo while i was out with the dog but nothing was done when i came in from the garden at 5.30. I tried a yeast free pizza base recipe for the first time ( SR flour & buttermilk) and it came up a treat! I tried a yeast free pizza base recipe for the first time ( SR flour & buttermilk) and it came up a treat! Jamie Oliver also does a great yeast free pizza. We cook it all the time. Its a combination of starting the cooking process in a fry pay on the stove while your building the pizza and then transfering the pan into the oven to finish it off. Very very easy! Instead of making the pasta ourselves we che@ted and used Gow Gee wrappers but they turned out great ... so easy and so delish!! Sure was Tam-used leftover chili con carne from the other night with a sprinkling of cheese, sandwiched between a couple of wholegrain tortillas. Cooked in the sandwich press until crispy. Dead easy when you get home late! I'll be at work from 12 til 6-15 this arvo, so won't get home until 6-45-so I've already cooked up a tomato,zucchini & onion dish to have with sweetcorn and new potatoes...all homegrown!
