Anyway i have a simple and delicous chilli crab recipe. We cut ours in half, clean and crack the large shells a bit for mud crabs. saute 1 onion, garlic, ginger in olive oil - l use lots of garlic and ginger add chopped hot chillis to taste and chopped spring onions Throw in crab and a bottle of tomato based pasta sauce Simmer with the lid on till cooked and add a bit of water if needed. this is truly a devine dish. U can also add lemongrass for added flavour or a dash of balsamic or wine. I just use what ever we have at the time and it always turns out great. You have to try this one out.
