Front render vs no render
With a constraint on the budget, we are considering the option of rendering the front only vs no tendering.
Would like to hear everyone's option on this please? I'm based in Sydney area. I read a post from a few years back, but would like to hear if views have since changed.
Cheers.
Our estate has a covenant that you must render the front of your home. We did the whole house.
However, I have seen a few that don't match the brick colour and then it looks a bit odd.

Yeah, the other idea is to tender front then paint the side and back with same colour. But then not sure if that will make the place look half baked 🤔
