How would you blend these previous hard paint lines?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to paint a room and it has these lines where drawers were previously installed and upon removing them, it left these lines.
So, I'm not sure if sanding will help out with blending these lines into the wall or is there another easier way to deal with this?

Thanks

Fill along the edges and then sand it. You'll have to then undercoat all the filled areas before painting everything.
