Installing plasterboard ceiling to colourbond pergola

Hi Guys,

We are planning an extension soon. We have a pergola which was converted to a sunroom before we bought the house. Is there any way to install a plasterboard ceiling to the colourbond roof? How can we fix studs to the colourbond without water coming through. Any advice from Builders or Serial renovators would be great. If you any any other ideas, please feel free to share.

You could lift the roof and install batten to the frame, then fix the roof back down to the battens. Roofing material is routinely screwed down, although you'd need to seal the fasteners.
